Macaroni Fitness: Train2Cheer DVD Review



After having two babies, my body could use some toning.  My fitness routine currently involves lifting a 10 pound baby and chasing after a three-year-old.  As much as I'd love to join a gym, it is difficult to commit when I have two little ones with unpredictable schedules.  As an alternative, I've been looking for a good workout DVD to use at home so I was thrilled when I received a copy of the Train2Cheer DVD to review.

This is a really simple craft that leaves your mini macaroni with a fun toy to enjoy after! It's a marshmallow/pom pom shooter!

What you need:
2 plastic cups
1 balloon
scissors
marshmallows and/or pom poms

What you do:
Stack the 2 plastic cups and cut them about a third of the way down. (I used 2 for sturdiness. If you have a sturdier cup, one will probably do)




Tie your balloon and cut the (non-tied) end.
